Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Assist with year-end tax preparations and audits.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documents.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or CPA license is a plus.
