Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial packages for management review.
- Assist with basic tax preparation and filing support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
