- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and manage tax filings for multiple clients
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks cloud accounting systems
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare compliance documentation
- Develop financial forecasting models and cash flow projections
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations (CA-specific)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software integrations
- Proven track record of managing high-volume financial transactions
