Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and P&L reports
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with tax professionals to support annual audits and tax preparations
- Implement process improvements for financial data accuracy and efficiency
- Provide strategic financial insights to clients through quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
