Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and quarterly tax filings.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Reconcile inventory accounts and assist with budgeting support.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
