Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 99.8% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements & tax documentation
- Maintain QuickBooks Online with daily reconciliation
- Oversee payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Generate cash flow forecasts & variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP & IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail & analytical mindset
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
