Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
- Oversee month-end closing processes
- Collaborate with CPAs for audits and tax filings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax codes
- Proven experience with multi-client accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
