Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with 100% accuracy
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Proven track record of managing month-end closes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
