Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage multi-entity accounting systems and intercompany reconciliations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with complex portfolios
- CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
