Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial transactions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven track record of managing complex financial operations
