Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Open new accounts and assist clients with financial products/services
- Maintain strict cash handling procedures and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to banking specialists
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize branch operations
- Participate in community outreach programs promoting financial wellness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- FBI background check and passing credit check required
