Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate sales tax filings and payroll support for diverse industries
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with CPA partners for tax preparation and audit support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Ohio tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships
- Professional certification (QB ProAdvisor, AAP) preferred
