Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, trial balances, and financial statements.
  • Process payroll and ensure strict adherence to federal and state tax regulations.

Qualifications
