Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Manage payroll processing and employee time tracking.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial data and generate invoices.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and budget recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
