Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare financial statements and management reports in compliance with GAAP
- Manage bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
