Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment processing
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks databases and implement process improvements
- Support annual audits and provide financial analysis to leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies
- Generate detailed financial reports for stakeholder review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial transactions
