Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-value client portfolios
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processing and cash flow management
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for multi-entity accounts
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Enterprise systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with CFO on financial forecasting and budget preparation
- Maintain detailed audit trails and ensure SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation under GAAP
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex reconciliations
- Experience with tax preparation and payroll processing systems
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
