Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with 100% accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow analysis
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and tax documentation
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for multi-client portfolios
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax planning and strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification (CPA/ACBSP preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of Washington state tax regulations and payroll compliance
- Certification in QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing 15+ client portfolios simultaneously
