Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Coordinate with CPA firms for tax preparation and audit support
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance and data security
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification highly valued
- Experience with multi-entity accounting and sales tax filing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
