In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial health, ensuring accuracy in our records, and supporting our senior management team with timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Provide financial analysis and budget preparation support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Xero preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
