Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and year-end tax preparation.
- Reconcile inventory accounts and fixed assets.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
