Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and evolving tax regulations
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and financial software
- Proven track record of managing complex financial reporting cycles
- Exceptional analytical skills with zero tolerance for errors
