Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using provided QuickBooks Enterprise software
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with digital tools
- Process payroll through integrated ADP systems
- Conduct bank reconciliations and internal audits
- Implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital accounting tools (Xero, Sage)
