Responsibilities
- General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all accounts are balanced.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes comply with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
