Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with multi-entity accounts
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle confidential data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial software implementations
