Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-client general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process complex accounts payable/receivable cycles including vendor payments and client invoicing
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (including VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience with payroll processing (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills for client stakeholder management
