Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Manage full-cycle AP/AR processes including vendor payments and client invoicing
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation packages
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly and annual audits
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Proficiency in MS Excel with pivot table expertise
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping systems
- Proven ability to meet month-end deadlines
