Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts monthly
- Process AP/AR transactions and manage cash flow forecasting
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly filings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills for client interactions
