Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and Oklahoma state tax requirements
- Implement financial controls to optimize cash flow and minimize errors
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits and tax season
- Train junior staff on bookkeeping best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent certification (CPA/CPB preferred)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and Oklahoma tax laws
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
