- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks cloud systems
- Coordinate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain organized digital financial archives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Expertise in payroll processing (ADP/Paychex)
- Proficient in Excel with VBA knowledge
- CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred
- Proven track record with multi-client portfolio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
