Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients and small businesses
- Utilize provided tech stack for portfolio analysis and market research
- Build client relationships through our proven lead generation system
- Present investment strategies using our presentation software tools
- Stay current with market trends using our real-time data feeds
- Collaborate with our team of legal and tax professionals
- Meet quarterly revenue targets using our performance tracking dashboard
Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/63/65 licenses required
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience in NJ/NYC market
- Proven track record of building client relationships
- Proficiency with financial planning software (provided)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
- Strong presentation skills using our provided tech tools
- Ability to work in our Jersey City office 3 days/week
