Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and month-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings for 15+ clients
- Implement QuickBooks systems optimization for clients
- Conduct financial audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CPA firms for year-end reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Florida payroll processing certification
- Experience with multi-entity bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
