Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and timely.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements for review.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and audit trails.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
