Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state-specific regulations (PA/CA)
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly/annual filings
- Implement and improve financial control systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Advanced Excel
- Strong understanding of PA/CA tax regulations
- Experience with multi-state financial reporting
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
