Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement QuickBooks/Xero optimizations for efficiency
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks/Xero and advanced Excel skills
- Proven track record with multi-entity accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
