Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reports nightly
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AP ledger entries in SAP/Oracle systems
- Collaborate with international teams for multi-currency transactions
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing procedures for AP department
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- SOX compliance knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM-6 AM)
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required
- CPA or CMA certification a strong plus
