Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Coordinate payroll processing and tax filings for multiple clients
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks accounting systems
- Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processing
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
