- Collaborate with senior advisors on tax optimization strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years tax preparation experience preferred
- Active CPA or Enrolled Agent candidacy
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
