  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and cash flow management.
  • Payroll: Process payroll for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced features of QuickBooks Online and Xero to streamline accounting workflows.
  • Compliance: Assist in tax preparation (1099s, W-2s) and ensure all financial practices adhere to GAAP standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably within a public accounting firm or high-volume corporate setting.
