- Train junior bookkeeping staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent credential
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Proven problem-solving with financial discrepancies
- Excellent communication and client management skills
