Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Oversee tax compliance filings and documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting workflows
- Lead month-end closing processes and audits

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and industry regulations
