Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the full-cycle bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
