Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts across multiple entities
- Process AP/AR transactions with 99.8% accuracy threshold
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage sales tax filings and compliance for Texas-based clients
- Oversee payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online workflows
- Collaborate with CPA firms for year-end audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Texas sales tax certification preferred
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
