Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-value clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with zero-tolerance for errors
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals during compliance cycles
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Mentor junior bookkeepers through our structured training program
- Analyze financial trends to provide strategic insights to business owners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with SaaS companies
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Washington state tax regulations
- Certification in QuickBooks or similar accounting software required
