Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheets monthly
- Process complex payroll and tax filings for multiple entities
- Generate P&L statements, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for streamlined operations
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure SOX compliance
- Mentor junior bookkeepers on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Proven track record with high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
