Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-entity accounts payable/receivable across 15+ clients
- Prepare complex financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee monthly/quarterly closing processes with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for high-volume transactions
- Lead tax preparation coordination with external CPA firms
- Analyze financial trends to provide actionable business insights
- Maintain strict internal controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior-level bookkeeping with multi-entity experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ annual transaction volumes
- Proficient in Excel with VBA/macros and Power BI visualization
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to microscopic detail
