Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Oversee QuickBooks implementation and optimization for new clients
- Lead month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Develop financial forecasting models and budget analysis
- Mentor junior bookkeepers on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Expertise in GAAP and multi-state tax compliance
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ portfolios
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client presentations
