Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with zero-error tolerance
- Coordinate payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Maintain QuickBooks Online databases with bank reconciliations
- Implement financial controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Liaise with CPA firms during annual audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
