Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-client accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements with variance analysis
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online for complex business structures
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Support annual audits and provide documentation to external auditors
- Develop financial dashboards and KPI tracking for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Familiarity with sales tax compliance across multiple states
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
