Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precise attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Generate financial reports including profit/loss statements and balance sheets
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for transaction tracking and analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory compliance checks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
